California allows the use of therapeutic cannabis, but has yet to make it available, which complicates matters for those in need. We are here to answer that need and to provide service to those communities and individuals unable to access California's established "Pot clubs." Now, they will be able to order therapeutic cannabis via this website, provided they meet the following criteria:
1) Must be located in California.
2) Must be 19 years of age or older.
3) Must have been diagnosed with an illness known to be treatable or alleviated through the use of therapeutic cannabis.
4) Must have a recommendation from a Doctor.
5) Must have a CA, ID or Drivers License.

How do I get my medicine?
My job requires a few logistics for this service to work. In order to receive medical marijuana you must follow these instructions. For first time patients, CALL (619) 940-0478 OR Fill our the online application, then submit it. For current patients, page me between the hours of 10:30 am to 8pm with details of your order. When contacted, order and location of delivery will be verified. Delivery will be by a messenger who always appreciates exact change.

Do I need a prescription for Medical Marijuana?
Doctors or M.D. in the United States can not write a "prescription" for medical marijuana or any "cannabis product". Federal law continues to supersede local law. SDMediCal relies on the honesty & integrity between patient and SDMediCal to make our service work. If you need your medicine we will provide it to you very quickly. Please note that you must have a physician's recommendation to possess medical marijuana.

How much will my medicine cost?
SDMediCal prices are of fair market value for what our service entails. Different strains of medical grade marijuana vary in cost due to the care required to cultivate the finest herbal medications. Also the time of year and the amount of the supply influence costs.

Existing Guidelines:

San Diego Municipal Code §42.1308 - Permissible Amounts of Marijuana 1

A medical cannabis patient shall not possess more than one pound of processed marijuana.
A primary caregiver shall not possess more than two pounds of processed marijuana.
A medical cannabis patient shall not possess more than twenty-four unharvested plants growing in an area of no more than 64 square feet.
A primary caregiver shall not possess more than forty-eight unharvested plants growing in an area of no more than 94 square feet.
Outdoor growing is not permitted, plants must be in a contained and locked greenhouse.
Amounts exceeded these limits shall be investigated on a case by case basis by the SDPD.
